Passing Down

Passing Down explores how identity is shaped by the stories we are passed down and what we are told about ourselves and our family, and how this relates to a contemporary understanding of genetics. I'll be taking to scientists and to community members around Manchester and running creative writing workshops. There will then be a piece of word based visual art produced. This project is in association with Manchester Literature and Science Festivals and is supported by Arts Council North West.
